Polynesian Pork Centennial -  Succulent pork chops pan browned, then braised in a sweet pineapple sauce. Served over rice to capture the juices

Marinated Pork Tenderloin Teriyaki - Pork tenderloin thinly sliced then broiled to perfection. Served with mushrooms and carrots over rice.

Ginger-Mustard Pork Chops - Sautéed pork chops with a hearty mustard and ginger glaze

Creole Jambalaya with Ham, Shrimp And Smoked Sausage - A New Orleans favorite. Highly spiced, but mildly hot. 

 

Seafood

Italian Stir Fry Shrimp with Orzo - Stir fried shrimp with garlic and onions over Orzo Pasta and finished with a touch of Parmesan cheese

India Tuna Curry - Tuna bits simmered in a curry mixture and coconut milk. Then brightened with lime juice, served over rice. 

Jumpin' Caribbean Fresh Fish with Rice - Fresh fish transformed from mild to wild with a jalapeno pepper spiked accompaniment of tomatoes, scallions, sweet red peppers.

Baked Tilapia with Tomatoes and Olives - Tomatoes, black olives and shallots baste succulent Tilapia fillets. A dash of red pepper flakes brings the dish back to reality.

Apple Meatloaf with 5-Spice Asian Glaze - Savory sirloin loaf with a sassy Asian 5-spice glaze
