Frederick, Maryland and has always loved to prepare delicious and
beautiful food for his family and friends. His interest in food
started at the age of 16 when he and his 11 year old sister were responsible
for the menu planning, shopping, and preparation of meals for their family of 4.
He was a Personal Chef before it became a profession! Curtis has been cooking ever since and has taken many exciting culinary classes, most in the kitchens of
famous restaurants in DC and VA such as Galileo and L'Auberge Chez Francois.
Curtis has always had a passion for making good food and he likes to eat
nutritiously and loves stir fry instead of deep fry. Isn't that the
